Barite, Calcite, Sphalerite on Dolostone - Elmwood Mine, Elmwood District, Smith Co., Tennessee

A cluster of opaque or cloudy light orange calcites is found on top of barite, all of this in turn on sphalerite with a touch of dolostone. An area of the sphalerite is contacted - this is really seen in the lower left photograph. A nice combination specimen from this mine.
