Keokuk BIG Boxes: These boxes contain halves and pieces anywhere from 4 to 12 inches in
diameter. Mined by The Geode
Gallery, these geodes are ideal specimens for outside and
interior decoration (rock gardens, greenhouses, tabletop or corner display, use
in fireplace and/or other structures built out of rock and specimens, etc.). Shipping
weight is usually in the 25-35 pound range per box. The BIG boxes are most
economically shipped via Fedex Ground in the continental USA. Not eligible
for Priority mail flat rate shipping.
The BIG Box pictured below is the ACTUAL box you will
receive - please order by code name provided. If you have special
requests or would like to order a quantity of these boxes, we have many more in

to 9 inches in diameter each. Largely all halves vs. pieces, one has
orange coloring from iron deposits. Weight before packing is 27 pounds.

measuring 6-10 inches. The box is dominated by the big half that measures
10 inches in diameter. The rest of the box contains one half and three
