Specimen GY-15 Description: Several green gyrolite balls are positioned on a quartz and prehnite coated matrix. The prehnites are actually very small, light green balls on the quartz but due to their transparency they do not show very well on the clear quartz base. The gyrolites are up to 1cm across. One ball has a rub on its top that is seen in both closeups at lower right. Nice example of this mineral from India.
