Uncracked (Whole) Break Your Own Keokuk Geodes

This page contains uncracked (whole) Keokuk (pronounced [kee-uh-kuhk]), Iowa area geodes.  These geodes, mined by The Geode Gallery, frequently contain clear and light iron (orange colored) quartz linings, some may contain calcite and pyrite, and a small percentage may contain chalcedony linings, sphalerite, and barite inclusions.  These geodes are guaranteed at least 90% hollow by volume, meaning 9 out of 10 geodes will have an open, crystal lined cavity.  If you receive a solid (totally filled in with quartz and no cavity), we will send you a geode at the same price free of charge, including shipping costs.
