A very nice specimen from India. Several scalenohedral calcites, many doubly-terminated, or found on a prehnite/prehnite after laumontite covered matrix. The prehnite is a little more green than shown in the photographs here. The calcites are up to 1.8-2 cm in length. Besides the typical damage to calcites right along the front edge (very minor contacting - does not detract from the specimen), this is a fine cabinet specimen with a combination of crystal types that was not regularly found when specimens were mined in the immediate Bombay (Mumbai) area.
    Origin: Kalyan, Bombay, India
Weight: 2.30 lbs (convert to kg)
Width: 4.7 in Height: 4.7 in Depth: 1.2 in (convert to cm)
