Excellent Trancas geode example that the photos don't convey too well. Well crystallized quartz throughout with some agate rings and several quartz scepters/growths, the most pronounced in the left half protruding from an agate buildup in the bottom of the geode. Choice Trancas geode example but really not all that uncommon.
